Blogger/ fashionable hijabista Hana Tajima returns with yet another stunning collection for Uniqlo. For FW19, the New York native delivers a collection that combines masculine tailoring emphasising feminine beauty and strength.

Commenting on her newest collaboration line, Tajima said, “There is beauty in change, and women especially are so adept at finding fluidity in adapting. Every time you step outside of what you know you are uncovering a new part of yourself, and each new part will show you who you are. I always keep in mind how a piece of clothing will move with the body. That is the interesting thing about designing clothes. They are not static pieces of art, they are made to be worn, to be creased, to adapt.”

The theme for the 2019 Fall/Winter Collection is “Underground.” Focusing on the strength and beauty of women, the lineup incorporates masculine design elements. The key colors are sandy beige/brown earth tones reminiscent of subterranean layers, together with gem-like blues and greens. Inspired by minerals, the color palate expresses both masculine strength and feminine elegance.

New this season is the silk-blend series, available in dresses, blouses wearable as coordinates, and pants. The rich and refined luster of the material, and back shirring designs, create a comfortable and graceful style. This is a mannish and elegant collection that adds color to the daily lives of women. This season’s HANA TAJIMA FOR UNIQLO collection is the latest in new LifeWear which will be launched in August 16th!
